Schema for Open Access Policy

以前、オープンアクセス方針があちこちで出てくると研究者はどれにどう従ったらいいのか混乱してしまう（ので何らかのalignmentが必要だよね）という話を書きました。

開いてみると、

Is depositing the item a requirement or a recommendation?
When to make the deposited item OA?
Does the policy specify that the item is to be published OA through a publisher?

のような質問が並んでいる。

最初はオープンアクセス方針を作るためのテンプレか何かかと思ったのですが、

Fundamentally, the schema aims to encourage policymakers worldwide to express their policies in a consistent way.

とあるように、策定済の方針を研究者に対して分かりやすく説明するため共通の方法って感じかな。もちろん、方針策定時にポイントを整理するためにも使えると思いますが（このスプレッドシートを埋めていくだけで方針素案の文章が生成されたりすると面白い）。
