Digital Republic Act、公布（フランス）

以前に紹介したフランスのDigital Republic (République numérique) Billという法律案、2016年10月に公布されていたようです。正式名称は「LOI n° 2016-1321 du 7 octobre 2016 pour une République numérique」。10月7日に制定、10月8日に官報公示、と読めばいいのかな。

Article 30がオープンアクセス（OA）、Article 38がテキストデータマイニング（TDM）に関する条項。
